We met Lou for the first time the year before he married our cousin Stephanie - he was devoted to her and the kids. We shared many family holidays together we always appreciated the times together. I will always remember one night we were sitting around the table and talking about things we had done when we were young - suddenly this Kawanis captain quietly says - well I did go to the Woodstock Festival - Gosh Lou was it great ??? " I just remember that I slept in the mud for three nights" - too funny - too great
We will miss Lou at the family get togethers - Peace and Love to Steph and the kids

I think one of my favorite qualities of Lou's was his smile. He could light up a room with that smile. He had a wonderful sense of humor and when having a conversation with Lou you knew he was totally in it ...actively listening ...
Lou loved hosting in his house. He was so welcoming. My memories of all those thanksgivings in the Pangaro house starts with Lou carving the turkey. With such precision. He turned it into an art form. Then he'd take his rightful place at the head of the table. Where he sat proudly as the head of the house but always grateful and appreciative of how hard Stephanie worked cooking and preparing the thanksgiving meal.
Lou absolutely adored his wife Stephanie. He loved his children Pamela and Nathaniel unconditionally and they returned that love 10 fold. He was crazy bout his "furry" babies too. I think Layla was his favorite. (And vice versa) Lou will be sorely missed. But may his memory be a blessing and remain forever in the hearts of all those who loved him and he loved right back.
I love you, Lou. May you rest in eternal peace. ❤️ Barbara

Chip was my cousin & we had many good times together. I will miss his laugh the most & every time my husband would cut himself Chip would lay on the floor because he couldn’t take the sight of blood. My condolences to his entire family. He surely will be missed by many people, God Speed Chip, your going to a better place, Say hi to all that went before you.

who we are:
Tuttle Funeral home was designed as a funeral home by funeral home architects and designers. Unllike many funeral homes that were originally old homes and then were converted into funeral homes.
Though it was designed as a funeral home, it still provides the warm comforting feeling of a home, but with more space and an open feeling.
Our location
272 Highway 10 Randolph
