Such a kind and awesome man my brother Jeff was. Always had a smile for anyone who needed to be pick up and help at anytime. I know Jeff is with our Lord in Heaven playing on the eternal course where a hole in one is mastered - No more tears, sickness - just pure love and praise. I am at peace knowing he is with the Lord Jesus Christ. I will see him again. Love you Jeff, sister Evelyn

Jeff will always be remembered by those who knew him because of his good nature and the quiet way he went about his business, which makes an indelible impression on the souls of the outspoken and strengthens the surrounding kindred spirits. His authenticity of being was palpable to all primates who entered his space. The Man was remarkably tolerant of disagreeable people; even at a young age he would bravely turn the other cheek often until calm was restored. Jeff reminds me of the poet Richard Brautigan, for example: Once, I observed Jeff fumble with the freezer's ice tray when one cube popped out and fell under the table. Jeff, unmoved, paid it no mind but upon noticing my expression as if expecting him to pick it up, he just smiled wryly and said, "It'll melt".

I am so deeply saddened by the loss of Jeff and Jaqueline. There are no words to convey how terrible this is. Jeff was a wonderful person and coworker. We shared many laughs in his office and over the phone at work. My deepest sympathy to the families. You are in my prayers. Rest in peace.

My wife (Sherry) and I were devastated to hear about the tragic news. I worked with Jeff for many years, so he was like a brother to me. Jeff was a Phillies fan and I was a Mets fan, so I’ll miss our great baseball conversations. He had a great sense of humor which really helped during stressful times. He will certainly be missed by many. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families during this difficult time. - John “JT” Taylor

Jeff was a friend and a colleague at Picatinny. Whenever, I stopped by his desk with a problem he would stop what he was doing, work through the issue with me and find a way to make me laugh in the process. The world needs more people like Jeff. He will be missed.

Jeff was my boss for the last ten years at Picatinny. He was a kind gentle man who was always fair. He always spoke so kindly of his wife and boys. I wish I could be there for the visitation but unfortunately, I don't drive anymore because of my eyes. My sincere sympathy for his family. RIP Jeff and Jackie.

I have so many memories of my brother Jeff. In all of them I remember his smile. I remember his zest for life, his love for his family and friends, his kindness and generosity. I remember the boy I grew up with and the wonderful man he grew to be. He will be in my heart always.

Winkler Family-
Every time the world loses kind people, I am reminded of this poem:
“If every single person who has liked you in your lifetime. were to light up on a map, it would create the most glimeringly beautiful network you could imagine. Throw in the strangers you’ve been kind to, the people you’ve made laugh or inspired along the way and that bright network of YOU would be an impressive sight to behold. You’re so much more than you think you are. You’ve done so much more than you realize. You’re trailing a bright pathway that you don’t even know about. What a thing. What a thing indeed.” -- by Donna Ashworth
Jeff is a light on my map, and I know he is a light on many other people's map. Through the stories I have heard and the stories I have shared of my interactions with Jeff, he and his wife were revered by many in various communities of life, family, friends, work, acquaintances, and even strangers.

Jeff and Jackie, love never dies
On Eagle's Wings
You who dwell in the shelter of the Lord,
Who abide in His shadow for life,
Say to the Lord, "My Refuge,
My Rock in Whom I trust."
And He will raise you up on eagle's wings,
Bear you on the breath of dawn,
Make you to shine like the sun,
And hold you in the palm of His Hand.
The snare of the fowler will never capture you,
And famine will bring you no fear;
Under His Wings your refuge,
His faithfulness your shield.
And He will raise you up on eagle's wings,
Bear you on the breath of dawn,
Make you to shine like the sun,
And hold you in the palm of His Hand.
You need not fear the terror of the night,
Nor the arrow that flies by day,
Though thousands fall about you,
Near you it shall not come.
And He will raise you up on eagle's wings,
Bear you on the breath of dawn,
Make you to shine like the sun,
And hold you in the palm of His Hand.
For to His angels He's given a command,
To guard you in all of your ways,
Upon their hands they will bear you up,
Lest you dash your foot against a stone.
And He will raise you up on eagle's wings,
Bear you on the breath of dawn,
Make you to shine like the sun,
And hold you in the palm of His Hand.
And hold you in the palm of His Hand.

Stunned to learn this news. Very sorry for the families loss. I spoke with Jeff at our 40th reunion and we had hoped to go golfing but never set it up. We found out we lived 40 min. Apart, 3 hours North of Collingswood. I heard he was a good golfer and I needed lessons! First met him in our homeroom, and he was a very nice kid. My condolences along with the entire class of Collingswood High School Class of 1976.

I worked with Jeff at Picatinny for years. He always had a kind smile and great sense of humor. I enjoyed our talks about work and life. He knew how to lighten up the mood at a meeting with his sense of humor. He was such a great person to have as a friend here at work through the years. His memory will always live on in our hearts. My deepest condolences and sympathy.

Tuttle Funeral home was designed as a funeral home by funeral home architects and designers. Unllike many funeral homes that were originally old homes and then were converted into funeral homes.
Though it was designed as a funeral home, it still provides the warm comforting feeling of a home, but with more space and an open feeling.
