My beautiful Sister Suzie. It is hard to wrap my head around your gone from this earth. Since your passing I have been thinking of all our times together. As little kids sharing the same room killing one another. I put tape down the middle of the room so you would keep your junk on the other side. I hated you at times for taking my things. I never thought how that hate created so much love between us. Moving to our new house in Rockaway and thinking how we could get the new people buying our home in Parsippany to change their minds. Meeting new people in Rockaway you meeting Mary and I meeting Cindy. Going to school together, marching band, parties. Try to find where the hell your are.. Making sure my little sister was ok. Our band and drum corp days were the best. The fun we had. The days with Pete and Diane. The vacations down the shore. The trips to the hospital for your sickness. Our Mother and Father and our family meaning so much to us. Having our 4th of July parties for all family and friends. Eating one of Dads treasures that he brought home from Canada. People standing on line to just get a bite of Pete s fish. To getting married and having children and still every year heading to the shore so our kids could have what we had.. EACH OTHER. Going through deaths of our loved ones.. Calling you in the middle of the day to hear you say... cut the crap, brush it off, get back to work. Having a great day and you saying I am happy for you. and me for you. These things we did together will forever be in my memories of you. Our faith tells us that you are in the best place.. Heaven and I so want to believe it Call me selfish I want you here with me and with your family and with bro and sister.. but that is not Gods plan.. He has the plan. I know that you are in Heaven getting reacquainted with everyone. Filling everyone in.. I know that you are at Peace. I know you are in Moms arms and kissing Dad with a big hug. Maybe, you are crying for US. One day we will reunite until then Sister know that I miss you and I love you... and I am with you.. everyday.. I look at your picture. Somedays it takes my breath away and I can't function. I know that daily I speak to your friends who are struggling. All those beautiful people who came to pay tribute to you. God bless them.. they helped us.. Together we will all move forward with the help of God and of each other til Sister we meet again... I love you always... Worm/Christine/Tina

Chris, Sam and Ian.
Susan was an absolute breath of fresh air, a warm and kind hearted person. She always approached things brimming with positivity and was always ready with a sweet compliment. She made many on the Lake Shawnee swim team laugh and smile and feel better about ourselves every time we interacted. I can't tell you how needed her confidence boosting words were to me when I knew her. I'm sure she was as wonderful a mother and wife that anyone could hope for. May her spirit shine on in all the lives she touched. <3 <3
Keep spreading the love.

Susie treated me like her little sister, and always took the time to make sure she saw me whenever I was in town at Laurie’s house. That included her bear hug and a sarcastic remark ;). Susie is my sisters best friend and I’m grateful they have so many memories together and that they will one day be reunited in heaven!

Chris and family,
We are so sorry to hear of Suzie's passing. She had a light in her that lit up a room and always made a person feel special. She will be missed. We have made a donation in her name to her favorite cause - Crossing Path Animal Rescue. We hope that Suzie's memories ease the sorrow.

I've known Susie for nearly 25 years. Every time I drove by I'd scream Sue Baby and she'd yell back. The neighbors must have thought we were nuts...they were right :) You will be missed and until we meet again beautiful lady..... Wendy & Alex.

I made a donation to the GI foundation in memory of you. I am so sorry that you have passed. It has been too many years since we had spoken but I will always have fond memories of you living in Rockaway on Main St. I almost bought that house.
You always lit up a room and knew how to have fun. I am glad our paths crossed. You will forever will be in my heart.

Ms. I was one of the happiest people I have ever met. When I was younger on the swim team, she would run the snack shack and always had a cup of noodles ready for me. I would get one every meet and whenever I would come up it was always "Sister I have the kettle boiling for you." Fly high sister

Suzie was a vibrant and esteemed member of the Lake Shawnee community. When Diana and I moved to South Parkway, she graciously welcomed us and provided invaluable guidance during our transition. Her absence will be deeply felt, and my heartfelt condolences go out to Chris, Sam, and Ian during this difficult time.

I’m very sad to hear this news. My condolences to the family. I have so many memories with Suzie, and EVERY one includes laughing so hard! I will never forget the time we were hanging out at her house and she put chocolate frosting on pizza and ate it! I thought she was crazy but it was actually good! Her love for life, family, fun, trouble (in a fun way) and animals was always contagious! Our bus rides to school were never boring. May God be with her family and all who knew her. No more pain, doctors or hospitals. Suzie, thank you for making everyone laugh and feel better when they were with you, and after.

There was one day I needed to borrow a cute top from Sami, but she wasn’t home. Sami still told me to go into her house because her mom was still there. As I was picking out a top, Suzie was on a FaceTime call with Sami. Suzie was calling me beautiful and how the top would look so cute on me. She made my day. Sweetest human being I’ve ever met and has raised two amazing children.

who we are:
Tuttle Funeral home was designed as a funeral home by funeral home architects and designers. Unllike many funeral homes that were originally old homes and then were converted into funeral homes.
Though it was designed as a funeral home, it still provides the warm comforting feeling of a home, but with more space and an open feeling.
