Obituary of Philip James Migliaccio

Philip J. Migliaccio, a relocation specialist and real estate agent for over 34 years and a life long resident of Rockaway Boro, NJ, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 12, 2022. 

Philip is survived by his brother, Michael Migliaccio and his sister-in-law Cyndi Migliaccio; his nieces and nephew, Angela Migliaccio and her husband Chris Wiseman, Pamela Roff and her husband Iain Roff, Michael R. Migliaccio and Doris Migliaccio.  He is predeceased by his parents, A. Michael Migliaccio and Theresa Migliaccio.

Philip was born on December 19, 1956 in Jersey City before his family moved to Rockaway Boro.  He graduated from William Paterson College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. He had a highly successful career in the real estate business. He won awards such as the Chairman’s Circle and President’s Circle, as well as being a Circle of Excellence winner for many years. 

Philip was a son and best friend to his father and his dog, Madison.  He was a brother, an uncle, a cousin and was constantly surrounded by amazing friends and extended family. 

Philip always brought his love of life, laughter, smile and love of music everywhere he went. He loved activities such as going movie hopping, loud music, road trips, fishing, especially his trips down the shore along with the love of more activities. 

Philip also had a passion and love of animals.  He loved dogs, birds, his koi fish, and so many more. With this in mind; in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to PetSmart Charities who uses 90 cents of every dollar to help pets.  In the Rockaway, NJ PetSmart location, the local charity they work with most is 11th Hour Rescue.  

Philip will be deeply missed by his friends, family and all who knew him.  

Visitation will be Sunday, December 18, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 Route 10, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com)

Funeral Service will be Monday, December 19, 2022 at 10:00 am also at Tuttle Funeral Home.  

Entombment to follow at Restland Memorial Park Mausoleum, East Hanover.
