Uncle Bud was one of the coolest people I've ever known. Even at a young age, I was encouraged to be as wise, caring, and active as my Uncle Bud when I grew older. He was a skier well into his 80s!!! How cool is that?!! I was always captivated by the stories he would share of his life and travels. He and my Aunt Barbara were impressive travelers. I want to go to Antarctica just like they did! To this day, the highest elevation I've ever been was on top of a mountain in New Mexico on a ski slope with my Uncle Bud. That was the coldest I've ever been (I thought my hands were frozen little goners). He was there to make it okay. I will always remember him as someone I could sit down with to talk about anything. I will miss so many things about him. You are not gone and not ever to be forgotten, as your legacy will live on in the people you've touched. Enjoy your many travels and adventures in the next world!

I have so many wonderful memories of the times well spent with Bud. He was such a fantastic and very kind man and an inspiration. His excitement and love of life could not be contained. I could not help but smile watching the Memorial Video. He will be truly missed but memories of him will be with me always.

Such a great role model for his students! Mr. Satz was always so awesome when I had to visit him in his office. Roxbury High was so lucky to have him to help guide us to a successful future. RIP and thank you.

So sorry to hear of Buds passing. I knew Bud from the Y. Being a skier myself we always talked about where we had gone an which place we liked to ski at the best. I was a regular skier at camelback & admired his excitement to be working there. May he test in peace. Love, Jean
