Please accept my heartfelt sympathy at your recent loss. Lou, my prayers are with you and your wonderful family during your time of great loss. Though I never had the privilege of meeting Ellen face to face I was blessed with being able to enjoy her beautiful voice in two brief telephone conversations a few years back. I’m sure you will remember Lou, when you were involved in a horrific automobile accident on McCarter Hwy in Newark. Ellen was kind enough to give me your hospital phone number. She told me to call her back after I spoke to you and fill her in on your present condition that afternoon. It was my greatest pleasure to share that little bit of time talking and sharing our joint concerns about you.Some day we’ll have to talk about it. Candura family...I was sad to hear about Ellen. I have nothing but fond memories of our times we were neighbors! I never forget harassing her when she would turn her blinker on way before the turn would come up, she always put her blinker on when she was driving in front of me too. I remember the days I would come over and take care of the kiddos so you could get other things done. To all of you I am truly sorry and sad to hear this news! Teresa Altadonna
