He spoke at the Honor Society induction annually, played an instrumental role in the creation of new clubs and activities, was a regular at Literary Nights. He was a Yankee season ticket holder, yet also had a soft spot for the NY Mets. He was a competitive tennis player and a member of the Cape May Tennis Club.
