Konstantinos P. Kapsas, 71, of Byram, passed away Saturday, November 16th, 2013 at University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. Konstantinos was born in Mikromani Messinias, Greece and has been a resident of Byram since 1975. Formerly of Paterson. He was Owner/Chef at Mountainside Restaurant in Byram, for 39 years. He served in the Greek Navy as a Lieutenant. He loved his family, friends and customers. Survived by Evmorfia "Effie" his wife of 46 years; three daughters Penelope Kapsas of Byram, Felicia Kapsas of Philadelphia, PA, and Eleni Kapsas of Hoboken; three grandchildren Samantha, Ryan, and Raymond. Also survived by two brothers Nikos and John; two sisters Angela Prokopiou and Toula Patsas all of Athens, Greece and many nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday, November 21, 2013, 3:00 - 5:00 & 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Services will be held at St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church, 1447 Sussex Turnpike, Randolph, at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 22nd, 2013. Interment will follow at Millbrook Cemetery, Randolph. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to either The American Lung Association, 1600 US Hwy. 22, Union, NJ 07083 or St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church, 1447 Sussex Turnpike, Randolph, NJ 07869.
