Edward Charles Neiper, Jr., 85 of Mine Hill, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Saint Clare's Hospital, Dover.
Edward served in the Navy and worked for the United States Postal Service.
He is survived by his daughter Christine Neiper, his sons Michael Neiper and Steven Neiper, he is also survived by his grandchildren Michaela and Zachary.
Edward was predeceased by his wife of Geraldine in 2003.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 24, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com)
Funeral Mass to follow at Saint Mary's R.C. Church in Wharton.
Interment to follow at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover.
