Obituary of Louise Elizabeth Koeller

Louise Elizabeth Koeller, 92, of Mt. Freedom, passed away at Providence Regional Medical Center, Everett, WA, on Wednesday, February 1, 2017. She was born in Jersey City and has been a resident of Mt. Freedom for most of her life. Louise worked as an Admitting Officer and Spanish Interpreter for Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown, for over 30 years. She enjoyed being a “snowflake” and would spend the winter months in Deerfield Beach, FL. While there she would volunteer her time at NE Focal Point. She would help out wherever she was needed to. You may have seen her in the Alzheimer’s center, thrift shop, coffee shop or the senior multipurpose room. She believed her time spent volunteering at NE Focal Point is what kept her healthy and she felt as if she had a home away from home while there. Louise spent her summers at Driftstone on the Delaware Campground, in Mt. Bethel, PA, for over 40 years and was always seen riding her bike with a smile. She also enjoyed traveling to see her family and friends. Louise is survived by her three children Mary Wilson and her husband Jim of Vero Beach, FL, Michael and his wife Karen of Phillipsburg and Kimberly Carey and her husband Anthony of Marysville, WA; ten grandchildren Matthew, Tim, Chris, Justin, Emily, Billy, Rachel, Jessica, Eddie and Joseph and nine great-grandchildren Markqus, Xavier, Kiara, Olivia, Rylan, Jocelyn, Korbyn, Jackson and Hunter. She is predeceased by her husband Charles in 1988, daughter LaVerne, son Robert, granddaughter Kristy, four sisters and one brother. She was the last of her siblings. Visitation Friday, February 10, 2017 from 4:00-8:00PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Mass Saturday, February 11, 2017, 9:30AM at Resurrection Parish, Randolph. Interment to follow at Holy Rood, Morristown.
