Obituary of Amanda Rose Schroeder

Amanda Rose Schroeder (Borger), 40, of Randolph passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2016 after a long illness. Amanda was born in Columbus,OH, grew up in China and lived in South Orange, Morristown and Baltimore, MD. She had been a resident of Randolph since 2012. Amanda graduated from Columbia High School in Maplewood in 1994 and from Johns Hopkins University in 1998. She was an avid swimmer and swam for the Berkeley Aquatic Club, the Pirates Swim Club and also for Johns Hopkins University. Amanda is survived by her husband of 9 years, David Borger; her son Cole; her parents Paul Schroeder and Rosemary Palmer of Cleveland, OH and several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother Augie Schroeder II, who was killed in action in Iraq. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 from 4:00pm to 7:30pm at Tuttle Funeral Home in Randolph (www.Tuttlefh.com). The Funeral Service will follow at 7:30pm, also at the funeral home. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory are requested to a Cancer charity of your choice.
