Daniel E. "Spike" Yuhas, Jr. 70, of Blairstown, passed away Wednesday, November 9th, 2016 at Hackettstown Medical Center, Hackettstown.
Daniel was born and raised in the Bolbyville section of Dover and has been a resident of Blairstown since 1990. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He was a self employed and licensed as a Land Surveyor and a Professional Planner. He was a member or the American Legion and the Frelinghuysen Gun Club. He loved fly fishing for trout and he hunted throughout the U.S. and Canada.
He is survived by his brother Edward of Sparta, his two sisters Katherine Potten of Dover, Mary Ellen Shapiro of FL., he is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his sisters Rose Rossi in 2013 and Betty Ann Heddon in 1960.
Visitation Tuesday, November 15, 2016, 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, at Tuttle Funeral Home 272 Route 10 West Randolph,(www.tuttlefh.com).
Funeral Service November 16, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home Interment to follow at
Locust Hill Cemetery Dover.
