Obituary of Elizabeth M. Mathias

Elizabeth M. Mathias, 102, of Randolph, passed away, Tuesday, November 8, 2016, at Troy Hills Center LTC, Parsippany Troy-Hills. She was born in Kingsley, PA, moved to Thorpe, PA, then to West Orange for 55 years before moving to Randolph in 1975. Elizabeth worked as a Clerk in the Tax Office in the West Orange Town Hall, from where she retired in 1974. She was a member of the Resurrection Parish, Randolph and the Randolph Senior Citizen’s Club, where she received the Senior Citizen of the Year Award in 1991. She leaves her daughter Elizabeth Bolan and her husband William of North Caldwell; five grandchildren William and Cristle, Victoria and Richard Rancitelli, Bettejane and William Kenney, Kevin Bolan and Brian and Michele Bolan; twelve great- grandchildren Stephanie, Michael, Sean, Matthew, Christine, Justin, Jessica, Brooke, Nicole, Jack, Oliver and Joseph; four great-great grandchildren Marlena, Carla, Avery and Everett. She is predeceased by three husbands Francis P. McCarrick, II, William R. Cornwell and Hank Mathias; son Francis P. McCarrick, III; grandson Thomas F. Bolan; step-grandson Edward Kenny and her brothers Ernest and Edward Ricca. Visitation Thursday, November 10, 2016 from 4:00-9:00PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (tuttlefh.com). Funeral Mass Friday, November 11, 2016, 11:00AM, at Resurrection Parish, Randolph. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
