William G. Norman,Sr., 93, of Randolph, passed away Monday, September 5th, 2016 at Compassionate Care Hospice, Dover. William was born in Paterson. He has been a resident of Randolph for 68 years and he formerly resided in Totowa Boro. He served in the U.S. Army Air Force during WW II. He worked as a Parts Manager at Swartz Motors, Dover, and he retired in 1990 after 30 years. Bill was a charter member of Redeemer Lutheran Church of Succasunna; a member of Acacia Lodge #20 F. & A.M. of Dover and was a longtime member of the Picatinny Golf Club. After retiring in 1990, Bill delivered flowers for Dickerson's Flower Shop in Rockaway. He is survived by Dorothy, his wife of 68 years; two sons Richard W. and William G., Jr. and his wife Debra both of Randolph. He is also survived by two grandchildren William G. III and Sandra and seven great-grandchildren Chesney, Koda, Luciano, Clane, Jolee, Gavin, and Rowen. Visitation Monday, September 12, 2016, 3:00 - 5:00 PM and 7:00 - 9:00 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Service will be Tuesday, September 13, 2016, 11:00 AM also at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover.
