Obituary of Joan Lorraine Hodder-Hope

Joan Lorraine Hodder-Hope, 85, an elegant woman of high integrity who was a loving Mother, Nana and Great-Nana that loved to sing, watch classic movies and make happy memories with her family. Joan was born and raised in Bloomfield, NJ then later resided with her daughter in Lake Hopatcong, NJ. She was a choir member of the Roseville Methodist Church and worked at Westinghouse and for Kearfott Singer for many years.
She is survived by her son Robert Horan of Lake Hiawatha; her daughter Debra Yukes and her husband Joseph L. of Lake Hopatcong; her granddaughter Heather Lee Vogel and great-granddaughter Juliet Scarlett Vogel.
A celebration of her life will be held Friday, August 26, 2016, 11:00AM at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield.
