Obituary of Benjamin Palmer

Please share a memory of Benjamin to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Benjamin Palmer Sr., 62, of Randolph, NJ, went to be home with the Lord on Sunday, August 21, 2016. He was born September 6, 1953 in Karachi, Pakistan, only son of Samuel and Marjorie (Rawat) Palmer, brother of Elizabeth (and 4 children), Wilma (husband Victor D'Mello and 4 children), Samantha, and Jane. He is survived by his wife Marcia, six sons, Benjamin Jr. (wife Stephanie), Stephen, Christopher (wife Janna, two grandsons Elijah and Ezra), Terance, Kevin, and Kenneth and one daughter, Samantha (fiancé Chris Burris). Benjamin was a faithful man of God who loved his family with all his heart. As a young child, he dreamed of coming to America. When he was seventeen years old, he bravely left home with a dream and worked his way through the Middle East and Europe to get to America. He quickly became an entrepreneur in America, gaining trust easily and working hard. He loved working and making people happy. From his deli, Bliss Delicatessen in NYC to wholesaling in China, he had his hand in several different businesses throughout the years. Benjamin loved his wife's cooking, life, family, laughing, fishing, coffee, the U.S.A, and especially his wife, Marcia. Benjamin spread love and God's word to anyone who would listen. He was kind-hearted and never judgmental. He will be deeply missed. Please join the family in celebrating his life at Tuttle Funeral Home. Wake will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. The viewing will be held on August 24, 2016 from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M., with the funeral and burial to follow immediately afterward. The burial will take place at Millbrook Cemetery on Millbrook Ave. A reception will follow the Burial and will be held at Hope Church on Millbrook Ave.
