Obituary of Samuel Sole

March 29, 1920- July 21, 2016
Born in Richwood, WV and moved to NJ in 1929. He served in WWII in the 36th Division as a Corporal and received both the Bronze Star and Purple Heart Medals. After high school he worked at Civilian Conservation Corps. (CCC), UT.
Samuel was employed by Curtiss-Wright from 1950-1980.
He is survived by his son Stephen Sole, two sisters-in-law Josephine Sole and Colleen Sole and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside Service Wednesday, August 10, 2016, 11:00AM at Calvary Cemetery, Paterson. All arrangements by Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KA 66675.
