Obituary of Mi Cha Chun

Mi Cha Chun, age 71, died Monday July 25, 2016 with her family by her side, after a brief battle with lung cancer. Mi Cha was born in Ocheon, South Korea. She immigrated to the United States in 1978 and became a lifelong resident of Roxbury Township. Mi Cha devoted her life to her family and her greatest pleasure included spending time with loved ones. She enjoyed cooking and gardening. She enjoyed many ventures with her beloved sister- and brother-in-law, Kil Soon and Joel Brown. She is survived by her beloved spouse Il Pyong, and three children: 1) Sung Ho and wife, Nancy, and their three children, Jonathan, Julia, Jack; 2) Young Mi and husband Marcel Blom; 3) Sung Hwa; 4) Sung Hun. She is also survived by many other relatives. Visiting hours will be held from 10:00am -11:30am Monday August 1 at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 Route 10, Randolph, NJ 07869. Burial will follow at Locust Hill Cemetery, 168 N Sussex St. Dover, NJ 07801. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Winchester Hospital Cancer Care Center, 620 Washington St. Winchester, MA 01890.
