Polyhronis “Paul” K. Dermatis, 74, of Dover, passed away at his home on Wednesday, July 6, 2016. He was born in Greece and immigrated here in 1969. He was a previous owner and cook at Dick’s Diner, Dover. Paul was a member of St. Andrew’s Greek Orthodox Church, Randolph and AHEPA Chapter 300 of Morris County where he was president in 1989. He is survived by Doris, his wife of 35 years; four children, Lisa Rodriguez and her husband Al of Jefferson, Charlie "Kyriakos" and his wife Virginia of Dover, Maria Dermatis and her husband Danny Appel also of Dover and Alexandria Dermatis and her fiancé Tristan Moore of Oak Ridge. He is also survived by six grandchildren, four sisters, one brother and many nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday, July 8, 2016, 5:00-8:00PM, at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Service Saturday, July 9, 2016, 9:00AM at St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church, Randolph. Interment to follow at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Andrew's Greek Orthodox Church, 1447 Sussex Turnpike, Randolph, NJ 07869 or Alzheimer's Association, 400 Morris Ave., Suite 251, Denville, NJ 07834.
