Roberta D. Billia of Budd Lake, died suddenly, Monday, June 27th, 2016.
Born and raised in NYC, she graduated from Catherdral High School and Brooklyn Tech Cooking School. She was a pioneer as a woman chef. She worked for many NYC restaurants, Sally Jessy Raphael’s Wine Press and Regine’s as well as privately for Bob Guccione.
She is survived by two brothers, Peter and Raymond and his wife Barbara and a sister Darlene Billia as well as her niece Cynthia Sturm, four grand-nieces and one grand-nephew.
Visitation Saturday, July 2nd, 2016, 2:00PM-6:00PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Interment is private.
