Cynthia Elizabeth Rosario, 43, passed away Monday, June 6th, 2016 at Saint Clare's Hospital, Dover. Cynthia was born in Bronx, NY.
Survived by her five children Johnathan, Jewels, Nyomi, Nestor, Jr. and Nocera and five siblings Carlos, Janett, Michael, Patricia and Jennifer. She is also survived by her husband Nestor, Sr. and her father Andrew.
