Obituary of Robert T. Baker

Robert T. Baker, 78, of Randolph, passed away Monday, September 23, 2013 at his home. Robert was born in Morristown and has been a resident of Randolph for 45 years. Mr. Baker served as a Corporal in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Korean War. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator for the IUOE Local 825 in Springfield and retired in his 60's. Robert was a member of the American Legion Musconetcong Post 278 , Stanhope. Survived by his wife Roberta of 52 years; his son Michael T. of Monroe County, PA and his daughter Brenda A. Walker and her husband Russ of Roxbury Township; five grandchildren Mitchell Baker, Erica Hughes and her husband Brian, Peter Schroeck, Shane Walker and Dana Walker and his great-granddaughter Olivia Hughes. Also survived by his brother Thomas and his sister Trish Sturniolo. Visitation Friday, September 27, 2013, 4:00PM - 8:00PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Services will be at the funeral home on Saturday, September 28th, 2013 at 10:00 AM.. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Randolph.
