Obituary of Michael M. Scinto

Michael M. Scinto, 79, lifelong resident of Dover, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Saint Clare's Hospital, Denville, following a brief illness. Michael, son of Mary Rotondo Scinto and Anthony L. Scinto was born October 21, 1936. He owned and operated R & M Excavating for 60 years. He was founder and president of The East Dover Social Club and a lifelong Mets fan. Michael is survived by his beloved sister Rosita L. Scinto and his loving brother Anthony A. Scinto and his wife Kathleen; his nephew Anthony Michael Scinto and his wife Rebecca and his three beautiful angels his great-nieces Kylie, Julianna, and Victoria whom he loved and adored. Also survived by his loving companion Shirley M. Shay. Visitation Monday, April 4, 2016, 3 - 5 PM and 7 - 9 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Mass Tuesday, April 5, 2016, 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, Dover. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Dover. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in his name to The East Dover Social Club, 6 Trenton Street, Dover, NJ 07801 for the Dover High School Class of 1955 Scholarship Fund.
