Obituary of Stephen T. Costigan

Stephen Costigan, 73 of Mount Tabor, passed away on September 27, 2024 at home with his family.  

He was born in Bronx, NY to the late Michael Costigan and Frances Puglia.

He is survived by his wifeTheresa of 27 years marriage, sister Denise LoFaro of Maryland and niece Christina Lombardi of Washington D.C, and his pets Gracie and Georgie. 

Stephen's passion was creating and eating good food. He always had something to say about what and where he ate his meals .If you were close to him, you would know he spent his home bound years always dreaming of a future restaurant business.

Visitation and funeral service will be held on Wednesday October 2nd from 3 to 6 pm at Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph, NJ.  Private cremation to follow the next day at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover, NJ. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Stephen's name to St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center  Madison, NJ.
