Obituary of Glenn Truax

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Glenn Truax, 52 of Succasunna, NJ on Thursday, August 22, 2024.  A lifelong resident of Succasunna, Glenn was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend.

Glenn was such a light of life.  He cared deeply for his family and his friends.   On a Saturday you can bet he was watching Notre Dame Football, and on Sunday the Pittsburgh Steelers.  He was a snowmobile enthusiast, fisherman and always enjoyed watching Nascar.  Glenn was a graduate of Roxbury High School Class of 1990, and was a Key player for the first RHS Ice Hockey Championship team.  Glenn attended Susquehanna University, and was a member of The Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity.  One of Glenn’s biggest accomplishments was the honor of obtaining Eagle Scout.  Glenn enjoyed working he was a delivery driver with Ferguson Plumbing, spent summer weekends doing hazardous waste cleanups with MXI Environmental and spent many snowstorms in a loader with PMZ Landscaping.

Glenn is survived by his Mother Carolyn Truax of Succasunna and predeceased by his father Emery C Truax, Jr.  His brother Beau Truax and wife Angela, sister Katherine Curry and husband Shawn.  Glenn adored his nieces and nephews Maggie, Jake, Dakota and Emerson. 

Visitation on Tuesday August 27,2024 from 3:00PM- 6:30PM followed by a Funeral Service.  Services will be held under the direction of Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph, NJ (Tuttlefh.com).  Interment is private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Glenn’s honor to a charity of your choice.
