Obituary of Kay F Walker

Kay Frances Walker, 88, longtime Dover resident, passed away on Wednesday, August 21,2024. Born in Dover, raised in Roxbury, where she graduated from Roxbury High School.  She later resided  in Dover, where she raised her family, for 38 years.

Kay is survived by her two sons; Charles Oliver Walker and his wife Shirley, Christopher Allen Walker and his wife Ann, her daughter-in-law; Brenda, her six grandchildren; Brandon, Lauren, Brianne, Lindsy, Ashley and Corrie, her two great-grandchildren; Mason and Baylor, as well as her friend; Paul Chase. Kay was predeceased by her husband Roger in 1992 and her son Cameron in 2021.

Kay was a licensed Realtor with Re/Max Properties Unlimited of Dover for over 20 years. She was also the Administrative Clerk for the Morris County Board of Elections, a Legislative Aide for State Senator Gordon MacInnes of Denville, Zoning Officer for the Town of Dover, Secretary for the Dover Area Little League, Founder and Past President of  the Dover Area Men's Softball League and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Starlight Chapter #107, Budd Lake.  She was also a member of Port Morris United Methodist Church and many more clubs and organizations in the Dover Area.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 25, 2024 from 2pm to 5:30pm at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 Route 10, Randolph, NJ, the Funeral  Service will follow at 5:30pm, also at the Funeral Home. Interment is private.
