Frank Matyola Frank Matyola, 79, of Rockaway Township, passed away Thursday, January 28th, 2016 at Valley Hospital, Ridgewood, following a long illness. Frank was born in Dover and has been a resident of Rockaway Township since 1978. He formerly resided in Dover. He was a Parishioner of St. Bernard Parish, Rockaway Township. Frank served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. He was a Police Lieutenant for the Dover Police Department, Dover. He retired in 1991 after 32 years. Survived by Barbara, his wife of 57 years; three children Brian and Terri of Fredon, Mary Morris and Robert of Rockaway Township and Mark and Lianne of Randolph; his brother William and Marianne of Rockaway Township; two sisters Marge Brandenburg of FL and Pauline Fortune of RI. He is also survived by eight grandchildren Katie, Victoria, Kalista, Dianna, Tatiana, Mike, Anastasia and Erin. Visitation Monday, February 1st, 2016, 4:00 - 8:00 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Mass, Tuesday, February 2nd, 2016, 10:00AM, at St. Bernard Parish, Rockaway. Interment to follow at St. Mary 's Cemetery, Dover In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Lewy Body Dementia Association at LBDA.ORG.
