Obituary of Angelo G Morreale

Devoted husband, father 

Angelo G. Morreale, 89, long time resident of Succasunna, NJ, passed away on Monday, August 28, 2023. Angelo, son of Sicilian immigrants, Peter and Lillian (née Rinaldo), was born and raised in Niagara Falls, NY. 

Angelo met his wife, Shirley, when he was stationed at Bangor, ME Air Force base.  They married and raised their family in and around his hometown of Niagara Falls, NY.  He was a devoted husband and father. He was widowed after 64 years of marriage. 

He joined the Air Force at 17 during the Korean Conflict and used the G.I. Bill to attend Erie County Technical Institute where he received an associates degree in civil engineering. He had a successful career, becoming president of Wright & Kramer Construction and founding his own company, Vanspear Corporation with his son, Marcus, for more than 25 years. 

Angelo is survived by his daughter, Monique Del Guidice and her husband, Chris; and four grandchildren, Christina and Andrea Morreale and  Lillian and Vivian Del Guidice.  He was predeceased by his son.

Visitation at Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph (Tuttlefh.com) on Thursday September 7, 2023 from 10:00AM-11:00AM followed by an 11:00AM Funeral Service at the funeral home.  Interment at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Chester.  In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the American Heart Association.
