Obituary of Casimir Stephen Wolwowicz
Casimir Stephen Wolwowicz, 81, of Randolph, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at Morristown Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. Casimir grew up in Springfield, NJ. After his daughters were born, the family moved to Randolph, NJ in 1976 where he continued to live until his death.
Casimir "Cas" and Carol Anne built a close family full of love, laughter and countless memories. Cas was always involved with sports whether it was track or football as a young athlete or tennis and softball as an adult. One of Cas's greatest joys was watching his children and later his grandchildren at their sporting events. The family always had one or more dogs. Cas became the family pet sitter in recent years and he loved this role. He had a passion for travel and watching the NY Giants. He enjoyed attending his many high school reunions.
Cas had a long, fulfilling career as a mechanical engineer. Cas proudly served in the National Guard. He will be remembered for his incredible work ethic, determination and dedication given to every project he worked on.
Cas spent his last 5 years with partner, Ruby and her loved ones who cherished Cas very much and welcomed him into their loving family.
Cas is predeceased by his wife of 51 years, Carol Anne (Kopecky) Wolwowicz. He is survived by his partner Ruby Molina of 5 years; three daughters Kimberly Van Horn of Randolph, Kristen Lockett of Bethlehem, PA, Karyn Martin of Tewksbury, his sister Donna Gasior and their families which include six grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 26, 2023, 11:00 AM at The Presbyterian Church in Morristown, 57 East Park Place.
