Obituary of Gregory Davis

Please share a memory of Gregory to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Gregory Dywane Davis, Jr., 43, of Roxbury, NJ, a loving husband, father, brother, and son passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 7, 2023.

Greg was born on June 23, 1979 to Gregory Davis, Sr. and Janice Aubry in Lynwood, California. After Greg graduated from Rancho Cucamonga High School in 1997, he went on to serve in the U.S. Army Military serving for several years.

In 1999, Greg met Mirtha Davis while in the U.S. Army Military in South Carolina. Greg and Mirtha went on to having three loving children, Jordan Davis, age 22, Jaiden Davis, age 12 and, Jaxxon Davis, age 8.  Greg also had a beautiful daughter, Enjoli Davis, age 24 from a prior relationship.

In addition to Greg’s wife and children, he is survived by his mother, Janice Aubry, sister LaTrice Davis and nephew Devin Davis who lives in California.

Greg was selfless and always there to lend a hand, never hesitated to support.  He loved riding dirt bikes, was a huge Laker fan, loved playing basketball and being the best one on the court.  He was a great cook and he specialized in Mexican and barbequing.  You would have thought he loved to cook, but he just loved to eat.
