Obituary of Elsie M Kaminski

Elsie M. Kaminski, 78, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at the VNA Hospice at St. Clare's Hospital, Dover, NJ. Elsie was born in Palisades Park to the late Wilhelm and Katri Sievers. She was known as the "Miracle Baby," due to being born with a hole in her heart. In those days, she was not expected to survive. Elsie later received an Associates Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She raised her family in Denville and worked as a medical biller for various medical offices in the area. Elsie enjoyed reading and going out with her friends, but mostly she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Elsie is survived by her daughter; Karen Zazula and her husband John of Cedar Knolls, her son; Steven Kaminski and his wife Lori of Independence. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren; Jenna, Kailyn, Tyler, Cody and Kylie.

Elsie was predeceased by her husband Joseph and her brother Walter Sievers.
