Obituary of Kenneth Perren

Kenneth R. Perren 70, of Deerfield Beach, FL, passed away on Saturday, April 22. 2023 at North Broward Hospital where he was surrounded by family at the time of his death. He was born November 18, 1952 in Jersey City, NJ. Ken earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and spent his professional career in media sales at Katz Media in NYC where he worked his way up to Senior Vice President of Sales.

Spending many of his growing up years in Lavallette, NJ, Ken loved the beach, was an avid surfer, and loved his boat. He also loved the mountains and enjoyed hiking and long distance bike rides through the countryside. As hobbies, he enjoyed woodwork and gardening. Ken had a love for animals, especially his two dogs Harrie and Sammie.

He is survived by his son Greg and his wife Krista of Randolph, his grandchildren; Katelyn and Nicholas, his sisters; Roberta Pecora and Donna Monroe of Toms River, his dear friend and first wife Carolyn Perren of Mountainside, and sister-in-law Nancy Perren of Morris Plains, and many nieces and nephews.

Kenneth was predeceased by his father Steven, mother Dorothy and his brother Stephen.

Memorial Visitation: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Monday, May 22, 2023, at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 Route 10, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com).

Funeral Mass: 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at Resurrection Parish, Randolph.
