Obituary of Carl J Schmidt

Carl J. Schmidt Sr, beloved father, grandfather passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 9th at the age of 85. He was born in Bronx, New York on April 22, 1937.

A lifelong resident of Randolph, he worked at Automatic Switch Company in Florham Park for 43 years as Serviceman. 

He is predeceased by his loving wife, Beverly Jean Wawzyanick of 45 years.

He is survived by his two sons Carl, Jr., and Mark. His daughter-in -law Tina, and five grandkids Jessica, Emily Jayson, John Carl and Megan.

In retirement, Carl relocated to Hackettstown.   He enjoyed gardening, bird watching, and spending time with his family, especially attending his grandkids school and athletic events.  

There will be a Memorial Service  at Tuttle Funeral Home in Randolph on Thursday, February 23 between the hours of 5-7 p.m.
