Obituary of Kathleen M Shannon

Kathleen M. Shannon, 62, of Dover, passed away on Monday, August 1, 2022 at St. Clare's Hospital, Denville. 

She was born in Glen Ridge. She was an active member of St. Mary’s Church. She was known for her incredible, loving personality, willingness to help anyone who needed it  and her wonderful baking skills. She had a pinterest-worthy talent for being able to look at anything and recreate it. She was the embodiment of the word matriarch and her greatest joy in life was her family, especially her grandchildren. 

She is survived by her husband Mark of 43 years; her children James, Lorraine, Ryan Laura, Terrence and Elizabeth; her grandsons Jack and Connor; her sisters Jeanne and Maureen, her brother Michael; and many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins. She is predeceased by her parents Jack and Marilyn Stark, and brothers Tom and John Stark.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 9:30AM-12:30PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph, NJ. A funeral mass will take place on Saturday at 1:00PM at St. Mary's Church Wharton.
