Obituary of Anna I Nilsen

Anna I. Nilsen, fondly known as Lalla, 90, of Randolph, NJ passed away on July 16, 2022.  Anna was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and later settled to the Lake Telemark section of Rockaway, NJ.  She was an Executive Secretary at Freeport McMoran and proudly supported L. William Seidman prior to his becoming Head of the FDIC.

She is predeceased by her parents, Carl and Ebba Swanson, and the love of her life, Arthur L. Nilsen.  She is survived by her Step Children: Arnold Nilsen, Lloyd Nilsen and Annette Ayuso, David and Claudia Nilsen, and Christy Nilsen and Steve Falco; Step Grand Children: Brittany Nilsen, Michael and Alexis Nilsen, and Dylan Nilsen; and a Step Great Grandchild, Cameron James Nilsen. 

Services will be private at the family’s request.  In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to New Jersey District Six, VASA Order of America.
