Obituary of Robert D Willis

Robert Willis, owner of Bunky's Towing & Auto Repair passed away Monday August 2nd, 2021 in Rockaway, NJ. Robert was born in Dover, NJ on July 29th, 1966, the son of the late George (Bunky) and Judith (Foster) Willis. Rob was the 4th generation owner of Bunky's Towing & Auto Repair and took amazing pride in his work. Rob always strived to do things bigger and better.  He was a giver who would help anyone at any time no matter what it was. Rob was endlessly generous and loved to do things to help family, friends, and his community, police and fire departments and anyone who needed a helping hand. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn (Pechfelder) of 14 years and his twin boys Cody James and Ryan Devon.  He is also survived by his Uncle Jack Leffingwell, his Cousins Amanda and Dawn, his Cousin Joseph LeStrange, many nieces and nephews and an unbelievable number of friends. Robert is also predeceased by his Uncle Ronald Willis,  Grandmother Grace Skeele and Grandfather Harold Foster.

Visitation is scheduled on Sunday, August 8, 2021 from 1:00PM – 5:00PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph (Tuttlefh.com).  There will be a public procession starting at 11:00AM on Monday, August 9, 2021 from Tuttle Funeral Home to Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover where there will be a burial service.  All are invited to attend the repast following the burial service at Birchwood Fire Department 4 Art Street Rockaway, NJ.  In lieu of flowers, we ask that you be like Rob and help someone when they need it.
