Frank Ruiz, 85, of White Meadow Lake, passed away, at home, Monday, September 28th, 2015. Frank was born in Bronx, NY and has been a resident of White Meadow Lake for six years. He formerly resided in Fords, NJ.
He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.
He worked as a Mechanic for the NY Department of Sanitation, NY, NY and he retired in 1994, after more than 30 years.
Frank is survived by his wife Jeanette of 64 years; three sons Jason Ruiz of White Meadow Lake, Matthew Ruiz and wife Tonya of North Richland Hills, TX, and Kenneth Ruiz and wife Melissa of Burlington. He is also survived by his sister Marian Guzman and husband Michael of Fayettesville, NY. Predeceased by his son David in 2002.
Visitation Wednesday, September 30, 2015, 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Services will follow at 6:30 PM, also at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to America Cancer Society, Eastern Division, Inc., Attn: Memorial Processing Center 6725 Lyons Street, P.O. Box 7 East Syracuse, NY 13057.
