Lillian Lydia Belbey, 81, of Succasunna, passed away Monday, September 21st, 2015, following a long illness, at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown. Lillian was born in the Ukraine and formerly resided in Estero, FL. a She worked as a Cook at Picatinny Arsenal, Rockaway Township, and she retired in the mid 1980's. She is survived by her husband Joseph "Bob", of 34 years, daughter Lillian Campbell and husband Joe, stepdaughter Cindy Romaine and husband Rich, son Jack Rozik, two grandchildren Charlie Campbell and Christopher Rozik and two sisters Tamara Heimann and Rosie Heimann. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation Thursday, September 24, 2015, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Service will be at 6:00 PM. Interment is private at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Randolph. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in her memory to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd Street, Suite 1100, New York,, NY 10016.
