Dolores Owens, 85, of Victory Gardens, passed away at home Wednesday, September 9th, 2015. Dolores was born in Dover and has been a resident of Victory Gardens since 1956.
She is survived by her daughter Betty Owens of Victory Gardens. Predeceased by her husband Robert E. in 1999 and her son Robert W. in 1989.
