Two years older than me and from the city, uncle Jonathan was always someone to look up to. When his dad would come up to visit we could catch up on all the cool books, artists, and anything else on the world. Well, he went on to follow his dream in the world of art, achieved much, and left behind a loving family. I actually remember playing in a sandbox with him in 1966 in Clifton,
Goodnight uncle.

I worked with Jonathan on Elementary and he was such a great guy with a great sense of humor. Such a hard worker and always liked to chat. Rest well.

Although I’ve only known Jonathan for about 5 years, he was
A friend who impacted my life with his huge heart. He was so willing to give his time and care to so many. I’m so sorry for Layney and Jesse’s and the family’s loss. Jonathan gave a little bit of his heart to all he met. I’m blessed to have known him and call him my friend. He will be missed.

Jonathan was one of my all time favorites in high school. I can hear his giggle and that silly puppet voice like it was yesterday. Skiing, climbing all over the chair lift and yodeling. Dancing! He was so much fun. I'm so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine never seeing him again in this lifetime. Sue Chankalian

From the moment I first met Jonathan in 1988 I knew he was a good man with many special talents who could put a smile on your face without saying a word. As I look back at the years when our friendship flourished, I'm reminded how quiet and simple Jonathan carried himself. In time, life happened and we went our separate ways but the times we shared together will never be forgotten. Craigmeur. Bogus Pond. Hoboken. Moran's. Big City Films & City Stage. Frisbee tossing. Gummy Worms! and so much more.
You will be missed old friend.
My condolences to Lainie, Jesse & the Swain Clan.

So sad to hear about Swainy. He was one of the nicest guys and best skiers I knew. I’m honored to have known him and spent so much time working together at Craigmeur. Rest In Peace my friend.

who we are:
Tuttle Funeral home was designed as a funeral home by funeral home architects and designers. Unllike many funeral homes that were originally old homes and then were converted into funeral homes.
Though it was designed as a funeral home, it still provides the warm comforting feeling of a home, but with more space and an open feeling.
Our location
272 Highway 10 Randolph
