Obituary of Lillian Kessler

Lillian Kessler, 103, passed away on April 1, 2020. Lillian was born in 1917 in Paterson NJ to Isadore and Anna Grossberg. She and her husband Ben were owners of Kessler’s Stationary in Dover from 1950 - 1968. She also lived in Randolph and Lester Sr Housing in Whippany, NJ. She was an active member of the Dover Jewish Center and held leadership positions in the Sisterhood and Hadassah. She worked as a bookkeeper at various companies and retired from the Community College of Morris 1997. She is survived by her daughters Deena (Carl) Newman of Milton, De., Joan (Markos) Weiss of Seattle, WA and Shoshana (Ezra) Solomon of Morristown, NJ as well as 13 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.
