Obituary of Ciro Frederick Neglia

Ciro F. Neglia 81, passed away suddenly at his home in Rockaway, on January 9, 2020. Ciro was born and raised in Queens, NY, and was a resident of Lake Hiawatha before moving to Rockaway Township in 1968. Ciro served in the U.S. Army and he was a C.P.A for Sussex County Utility Municipal Authority in Hamburg, after more than 25 years he retired in 2012. He loved Lionel Trains and was an avid Yankees and N.Y. Giants fan, he loved mystery and Sci-Fi novels, he was also an avid Chess player and he dabbled in Golf. Ciro is survived by his two children; James and his wife Kelly of Sparta, Michelle Barber of Pocono Pines, PA., his three grandchildren Laura Barber (14), of Pocono Pines, Emily (14) and James (12) Neglia of Sparta. He is predeceased by his wife Irene, his parents Ciro and Henrietta Neglia and his son-in-law Anthony Barber. Visitation 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday, January 13, 2020 at Tuttle Funeral Home 272 Route 10, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Mass 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at St. Cecilia’s R.C. Church, Rockaway. Interment at St. Cecilia’s Cemetery, Rockaway.
