Condolences to the family. Jeff was always a great guy who loved his family, helped anyone who needed him and always approached me with a smile while I was living in Blairstown & Columbia. When I met him back in 1980 I knew he was one of a kind and a gentle soul. God must have had something very important for Jeff to do in Heaven.He will be missed by many.
