Irene Ginsberg, 86, of Coconut Creek, FL, passed away Friday, August 23rd, 2013 at Northwest Medical Center, Margate, FL. Irene was born in Leeds, England and has been a resident of FL since 2001. She previously resided in Convent Station for 25 years.
She was a longtime member of the former Dover Jewish Center. Irene came to the U.S. in 1946 at the age of 18 from England as the war bride of Charles Ginsberg, co-founder of the former Rockaway Sales Store.
She is survived by two sons Stewart and his wife Elaine of Morristown and Alan and his wife Laurel of SC. Also survived by three grandchildren Allison, Jennifer, and Zachary. Predeceased by her husband Charles in 2006.
Visitation Wednesday, August 28th, 2013, 11:00 - 12:00 Noon at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com) with service to follow at 12:00 Noon. Interment will be at Dover Mt. Sinai Cemetery, Randolph.
