So sorry to hear this. I worked for Lou years ago and he was a wonderful man. He really had an impact on my returning to college. Very inspirational. Condolences to the family.

So sad to hear about the passing of Lou. Our hearts go out to his family. Lou was the kindest man I ever knew and I'll never forget him. My husband, Ron, Fred Flory and I were living in Norfolk when Lou played at the Oyster Bowl. He came over to talk to us and apologized that he didn't play much and if he would have known we were there he would have gone in more. I am so glad I knew him.
Truly a gentleman and a scholar. I believe Lou is one of the nicest men I have ever met. He was a talented musician, a very bright student and an outstanding athlete. Look for Earl Bruce in Heaven, Lou. I know he will once again seek you out - just as he did when he saw you marching with your clarinet and recruited you for SHS football. My heartfelt condolences to your family. God is holding you in his hands now, Lou. Mickey
