I just learned the sad news of Ralph’s passing..
He and I served in the Army together in Vietnam .
Always a jovial guy willing to help others .
Flew home with him and also visited the Windlass with a couple other
guys from our outfit.

Ralph’s family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5:28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I am sending you a link with more information on this hope.

He was a hard guy to get to know. He was impossible to forget. He was strong and unwilling to bend to pressure. He was a mentor to so many people growing up on Lake Hopatcong. He was a very good man. Such great memories. Good bye Ralph. You will be missed.

My deepest sympathy to the entire family for your loss. May our loving Father give the entire family sustenance and strength you need to continue cope with the loss of your loved one. May you find comfort in your precious memories and love shared. May the words of 1 Peter 5:7 “ while you throw all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you” bring the entire family comfort and strength. Please accept my sincere condolences.

I’m so sorry to hear this. I live in the Midwest, or would be there. I worked there summers when I went to college. He was a tough boss, yet fair. The Windless is still one of my fave places to eat when I come home, even though I’m many, many years out of college!

My prayers go out to you and your family. Ralph was a great man and a great boss. Him and Kevin gave me my first job working in the kitchen on my way to having a culinary career. I won't ever forget hope he was hard on me too continue to keep pushing myself cause he saw the potential in making/molding me into the cook that I am today. From his years of experience I learned allot from him and will be forever grateful.
Rest easy Ralph. Till we meet again in another kitchen. Love George.

I worked for Mr Spinelli when I was in High school. He was such a wonderful kind soul. Sometimes he would talk a little tough and was a pussy cat. Great man. Taught me a lot. My condolences. Steve Naples

who we are:
Tuttle Funeral home was designed as a funeral home by funeral home architects and designers. Unllike many funeral homes that were originally old homes and then were converted into funeral homes.
Though it was designed as a funeral home, it still provides the warm comforting feeling of a home, but with more space and an open feeling.
