Howard’s family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5:28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". Dear Howard (Fish) Joy’s Family and Friends, the Members of the Dover American Legion Post 27 offer our deepest sympathies. Fish, was truly a wonderful Commrade, Legion Officer but mostly a great friend. A good heart has stopped beating, but a heart that has touched so many lives. Dear Howard’s Family and Friends , we are very sorry for your loss. Fish was a wonderful gentleman. Fish You our friend will be missed very much. We have enjoyed your friendship for quite a few years, and have nothing but wonderful memories to cherish. We pray you Rest In Peace ! Thanks for the many laughs we have shared over the years and there were many of them. We will always remember when John threatened to leave me at the Legion with you to give me a ride home, and you always saying no go home Pat!
