Obituary of Anna M. Armenti

Anna M. Armenti, of Rockaway Township, passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Merry Heart Assisted Living, Succasunna.  Born in Dover, Anna has been a long-time resident of Rockaway Township.  She worked as a clerk for Jersey Central Power and Light, Morristown until her retirement in 1982.

She was a former member of the Rockaway Township Senior Citizens.  Anna enjoyed playing Bingo, cooking, crocheting and reading.

She is survived by her two daughters Ellen Theis of Rockaway, Jean Opdyke (Gene) of N.C.; three granddaughters Kathy Wade (Tim), Kristen LeVan (Ron) and Kimberly Marucci (Frank); three great-grandsons Anthony Wade, Franco and Leo Marucci, brother Pasquale Visioli (Penny) of DE; and many nieces and nephews.  She is predeceased by her husband Anthony in 1999; three brothers Domenic, Emedio, Emilio and sister Ellen Visioli.

Visitation Monday, January 21, 2019, 4:00- 8:00 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com).  Funeral Mass Tuesday, January 22, 2019, 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Parish, Dover.  Interment to follow at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to either Seeing Eye, PO Box 375, Morristown, NJ 07963 or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, PO Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101.
