Obituary of Rocco N. DeSisto
Rocco N. DeSisto, 92, of Randolph, passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at his home. He was born in Brooklyn and has resided in Randolph for most of his life.
Rocco served in the US Army during WWII in the European Theatre. He was the Owner of Rockey’s Automotive of Randolph since 1973, formerly he owned Auto Service in Morristown from 1952-1971. He was a member of the VFW Post 7333, Randolph. Rocco was a former Randolph Special Police Officer during the 1950’s and was an honorary member of the Randolph Rescue Squad.
He is survived by his two children David R of Randolph and LuAnn DeSisto of Mine Hill. He is predeceased by his wife Lois, his son Robert W., his daughter Susan J. DeSisto-Sutula, his four brothers Pat Sisto, Dominic DiSisto, John Martino and Charles Martino.
