Obituary of Lucille Montemarano

Lucille Montemarano, 83, of Morris Plains, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 29, 2018.

Born and raised in Newark, Lucille lived in Belleville with her family before moving to Morris Plains over 30 years ago. A graduate of Central High School in Newark, she went on to work for NJ Bell for over 40 years before retiring, Lucille enjoyed cooking, physical recreation and spending time with her beloved family and friends.

She is predeceased by her loving husband Louis Montemarano of over 60 years; parents Andrew and Ann Pentimone and brother Vincent Pentimone.

She is survived by her two sons David L. Montemarano his wife Roseann Montemarano of Netcong and Mark Montemarano of Morris Plains; grandson David Montemarano of Morristown; brother Richard Pentimone and his wife Margaret; many loving nieces and nephews and long time friend Dolores Chiaravallo.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 4, 2019 from 6:00-9:00PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 10:00AM at St. Virgil’s Church, 250 Speedwell Ave., Morris Plains. Followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Monastery, 189 Madison Avenue, Morristown, NJ 07960.
